When John Doak first ran for state Insurance Commissioner, he made three, fundamental pledges to the people of Oklahoma.
He first promised to support the traditional, conservative values that define our state.
Second, Doak promised to help Oklahoma consumers. From simple, everyday claims to major disaster response, Doak committed to find real solutions for the numerous, and often complex, insurance related issues people face.
Third, Doak promised to work with, not against insurers. He would promote a fair, healthy, competitive insurance market to benefit both consumers and industry alike.
By any measure, during his first term, Doak not only met each of these pledges, he exceeded them.
